9. We strive to get your parcel to you as soon as possible but unforeseen circumstances in South Africa can, from time to time, hinder speedy delivery. Therefor we work on an estimated 5-7 days after order. In the event of any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
10. Any faulty or damaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, providing that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The replacement will be sent as soon as we received the product. A picture of the damaged item together with the waybill on the packaging must be included in the notification.
11. Refunds will exclude all delivery and shipping fees that are paid as part of the order.
12. Please note that refunds will only be given if you received the incorrect product, or an order could not be fulfilled. It is also important to take note that we do not provide refunds for the following items: CDs, DVDs & Software
